How I work

Your body and circumstances are unique, so every treatment plan should be too.

Your body is constantly responding to the world around it—from the food you eat and the nutrients available to your cells, to your sleep, stress levels, movement, environmental exposures, and daily lifestyle habits. These factors don't work in isolation; they interact to influence how your body functions and, ultimately, how you feel.

Forget focusing on symptoms or a diagnosis, I work to understand the underlying factors that may be contributing to your health concerns. By identifying and addressing the unique combination of dietary, biochemical, lifestyle and environmental influences affecting your body, the goal is to create the conditions that allow it to function more efficiently and support long-term health.

Your body isn’t broken - it is responding the the environment around it.

Your Health Journey

Understand your story – Every journey begins with a comprehensive questionnaire and consultation to understand your health history, symptoms, diet, lifestyle, environment and personal goals.

Identify the drivers – Together, we'll explore the dietary, biochemical, lifestyle and environmental factors that may be influencing inflammation, energy production and overall health.

Create your personalised plan - You'll receive an individualised plan that may include dietary recommendations, lifestyle strategies, supplement support and, where appropriate, functional testing.

Support & Refine - Health is a journey, not a quick fix.

With regular follow-up consultations, recommendations are introduced progressively, reviewed, and refined as your body responds—helping you make sustainable changes without feeling overwhelmed.

What you’ll receive

Every recommendation is tailored specifically to your individual needs and health goals. Following your consultation, you'll receive a personalised treatment plan via email; designed to support the areas of health most relevant to you.

Personalise dietary recommendations– based on what your body needs and your current eating habits.

Practical lifestyle strategies – that help restore energy, relaxation and mood. Working with the flow of the body, not force.

Supplement recommendations (if needed) - this often means less, not more. Nutrients should come from food first; supplements are prioritised to support your body, not do the work for it.

Education - supporting you to understand your body not just follow instructions. I want you to know the why and how.

Testing - functional or blood tests if needed to provide more information.

Ongoing support - through follow up appointments. Recommendations are introduced progressively, allowing your body time to adapt while making the process realistic, achievable and sustainable.

Functional Testing and Pathology

Testing can provide valuable insights—but it's only one piece of the puzzle.

For many people, meaningful improvements can be achieved without extensive testing by first focusing on restoring the foundations that allow the body to function optimally.

Where appropriate, existing blood test results can be reviewed from a functional health perspective. While conventional medicine is designed to identify disease and serious medical conditions, functional interpretation looks at whether your biomarkers are sitting within ranges considered optimal for supporting energy production, metabolism, immune function, hormone balance and overall wellbeing. This can help identify subtle patterns that may contribute to symptoms long before they reach the threshold of disease.

Testing options include:

  • Hair Tissue Mineral Analysis

  • Organic Acid Test

  • Stool Test

  • Food Compatibility Hair Test

  • Mycotoxins, hormones and many other functional tests

Testing doesn't create health—it creates understanding. Understanding allows us to make more informed decisions about how best to support your body.
